Wendy Wright is the Senior Manager, National Capital Region. She oversees multiple Government programs and supervises hundreds of employees.

Wendy is a dynamic, accomplished Intelligence Community professional with extensive years of progressive experience guiding critical programs and development with demonstrated success in high-profile organizations like the U.S. DOJ, DoD, and major defense contractors.

Wendy prides herself on building and maintaining lasting relationships and driving customer and industry connections through a people-focused approach. She is committed to improving processes to achieve program growth and consistently rises above lofty goals. She is an influential leader and collaborator who guides team members to achieve superior results while utilizing expertise across all aspects of operations and business.

The daughter of a military officer, she spent her life traveling the world and began her career working for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Islamabad, Pakistan. She remained with the DEA as a government civilian for ten years before she transferred to being a government contractor in counterintelligence for the past 22 years.

Wendy holds a BA from Southern New Hampshire University. And when not working, she runs an equine rescue for injured, abused, and neglected horses in Northern Virginia.
