Torren Fox brings a vast set of experiences to the Celestar Team. She has worked for the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, United States Office of Personnel Management and DC Government. Torren has over 15 years of experience in contract management that includes Workflow, Resource Management, Risk Assessment and Program Performance. She has a proven track record of managing project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
Torren was born and raised in Abaco, Bahamas. She has an Associate Degree in International Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Maryland.
Torren enjoys spending time with loved ones to include the family dog Triceratops, hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, playing basketball, watching movies and traveling.
