Jeannie Johnson is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Celestar Corporation, Jeannie leverages her extensive background to drive strategic HR initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Jeannie began her career as a Human Resources Assistant at a subsidy of the Time Magazine Company and has been fortunate to have managers who saw her potential to thrive in the HR field. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience working with both small, privately held companies and large public corporations. Her diverse background has equipped her with a deep understanding of the unique HR challenges and opportunities within various organizational contexts.

Jeannie is highly skilled in management coaching, employee relations and benefits management, and she is dedicated to enhancing employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. Her professional qualifications include the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification and the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) Certification. These credentials underscore her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of HR practice.

Outside of her professional life, Jeannie is a voracious reader and spends time on DIY projects.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from the University of South Florida, where she was honored with the prestigious Robert Harkness Scholarship award.
