We strive to not only fulfill our customers’ needs, but also to continuously improve the service we provide them. Celestar asks for feedback from its customers on a quarterly basis in order to understand what they think we’ve done well and where they think we can improve. We want to bring them the very best and to keep exceeding expectations. Our small size ensures that we can quickly and easily adjust to the ever-changing business climate and provide the most current and most effective solutions.
Celestar recognizes that its biggest asset is its team members. We offer competitive benefits at no cost to the team member, including free seats to our company suite at the Tampa Bay Times Forum. Celestar team members are treated like family and asked to give feedback on how we’re doing as an employer. Celestar has already taken action and changed policies based on team member feedback alone. Our small size ensures that we can implement policies quickly, without getting bogged down in bureaucracy.
The highest reward to us is what we become as a result of our volunteer work. We believe in making a difference and consistently demonstrating our value of service by volunteering and supporting many non-profit and other organizations in Tampa Bay as well as nationwide. Every year, volunteers from Celestar participate in Operation Helping Hand’s dinner for veterans; and every fall, Celestar holds a food drive with all donations benefiting Tampa Crossroads, a rehabilitation center for homeless men and women. We hold various other events throughout the year to support A Kid’s Place and other organizations.
