Celestar Corporation was established in 2001 and is based in Tampa, Florida. Celestar is comprised primarily of former military and government civilian personnel who have recent intelligence, operations, and planning experience and are able to support and manage critical projects.

Over 90% of Celestar personnel hold current government security clearances. Celestar personnel are currently serving in Tampa, Northern Virginia, UAE, Qatar, and other deployed locations.
