Sunday, 15 March – Noon – 3 pm – US Naval Academy Information Day Picnic – MacDill AFB Beach Picnic Area (next to Seascapes Club) – The United States Naval Academy Admissions Office in conjunction with the Tampa Bay Alumni Chapter and Tampa Bay Parents’ Association cordially invite you and your parents to a picnic and ongoing information session about the Naval Academy and its application processes. On hand will be Officers from the Admissions Office, local Naval Academy Information Officers (Blue & Gold Officers), Naval Academy Alumni, Midshipmen, and Parents of Midshipmen to answer any and all questions about the Naval Academy (and NROTC). We also may have on hand local Congressional Staff to provide info on the Congressional Nomination Process for USNA. JOIN US TO FIND OUT FIRST HAND: CURRENT MIDSHIPMEN EXPERIENCES, GENERAL APPLICATION PROCEDURES, NOMINATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS, SUMMER SEMINAR INFORMATION, PARENTS’ CLUB – Dress is Picnic Casual – shorts, sandals, etc. – Candidates/pre-candidate students/parents/alumni and families are welcome. PRIOR to the deadline below, you must provide all attendees’ names in the proper format: Last, First names and Middle Initial and for all adults AND potential drivers (you must provide your Driver’s License Number (with no dashes, and include State only if not Florida). You then must provide a photo ID at the main gate, and you must provide the venue name, “US Naval Academy Information Day Picnic” and “Sponsor: Captain Steve Swift” to gain entry once you are confirmed on the list. RSVP by end of business day Wed March 11th, 2015 to ensure we can get the information in on time.
