Honor Flight of West Central Florida Honor Flight at Home – Baldomero Lopez State Veterans Nursing Home, 6919 Parkway Blvd., Land O’Lakes, FL 34639 – Honor Flight of West Central Florida will honor 120 Veterans who are unable to take the flight to Washington to see the Memorials. The program is from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.  Please arrive between 1:00 and 1:15 on August 20th.  Approximately 60 of the veterans will not be able to leave their rooms, so there are plans to broadcast the program into the rooms of these Veterans as the program is happening.  Honor Flight is looking for a volunteer for EACH of these 60 Veterans plus another 15-20 volunteers to help put the program on in the main room.
