Saturday, 12 July – 11:00 am – Hillsborough County Veterans Council Quarterly Field of Honor Ceremony – Veterans Park & LeRoy Collins Jr. Musuem, Veterans Memorial Park, 3602 US Highway 301 North, Tampa. This is a special ceremony as the Blue Star Mothers of America will be presenting 8 Gold Star Banners to Gold Star Mothers for their fallen sons from Operation Enduring Freedom. We will also read the names of those killed in action during Operation Enduring Freedom from April, May and June 2014. An American flag will be placed at the Fallen Heroes Memorial at Veterans Memorial Park for all names read.
