Thursday, 8 May, 2014 – 8:00 am – Noon – Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce Operation Partnership. Operation Partnership registration has officially opened and you are invited to participate! This portion of OP takes place off base and allows servicemen and women to experience a local business. Here’s how the half-day event will look:
1. Breakfast, short program, and pairing of military with civilians at the Chamber
2. Pairs continue on to the civilian’s office. This might include some of the following activities:
A tour of the office
Attending a meeting with you
Meeting your colleagues in various departments and/or members of your company’s leadership team
An informational conversation with someone from your HR department
Whatever else you might get creative and do! You might consider having a few people from your office participate in the event and plan activities for the pairs to do together.
