Wednesday, 14 October – The Florida Veterans Forum – Veterans transitioning into civilian life face a number of difficult challenges as they plan to enter the workforce or start their own business. They experience issues with everything from figuring out how to translate their military skills into terms that civilians can understand, to creating structure and maintaining a work-life balance, to learning how to market and present themselves properly to the civilian business world. Registration is free for active duty military personnel and veterans, and includes access to all of the educational sessions, networking and the cocktail reception.
