Celestar Corporation began as a purely intelligence consulting and training enterprise at United States Central Command, but continues to grow as it proves itself as a viable solution for many other functional areas. Between 2005 and 2008, Celestar Corporation expanded to other Combatant Commands and intelligence training overseas.
